A 21 year old Balblair bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their MacPhail's Collection. On the nose you get delicate vanilla combined with green apple and apricot aromas. The palate is sweet with ripe banana, raspberry and cocoa powder. A delicate mine edge develops and lingers in the background.
