Released as part of a trilogy, the second Bowmore in the Vintners series is a 26-year-old that was aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels and then 13 years in wine barriques giving an oak spiced smoke and salty dark chocolate flavour.

A splendid Bowmore packed with complexity from the two different cask types and bottled at a fine drinking strength of 48.7%.
