A single cask Knockando 2008 16-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their excellent Cask Strength Collection.

This 16-year-old Knockando 2008 came from single cask 101 after finishing in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead, and was an edition of 339 bottles at its natural cask strength of 50.5%. Knockando is very rarely seen from indie bottlers, so this is a welcome opportunity to try a heavily sherried cask strength edition from this underrated distillery.
