A beautiful 1962 Longmorn bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 1996. Sumptuous dark sherry with masses of tropical fruit, rancio, treacle, dark fruits, raisins, old cognac, the list goes onĆ¢ā¬Ā¦ These bottling were practically given away at the time and are now increasingly hard to find. Quite incredible whisky from one of the truly great distilleries.
