A 1971 Macallan bottled 2013 by G&M under their Speymalt label. Given the quality and age of this one it is fantastic value considering what the distillery would charge for such aged stock. A wonderfully unctuous, old style sherry, classic Macallan, full of earthy richness, savoury spice, dark chocolate and all kinds of classic Macallan opulence and complexity. Majestic stuff.
