There just aren't enough sherried Mannochmores around, in our opinion, so this is great to see - a refill sherry hogshead of Mannochmore bottled by Cooper's Choice for their Single Cask Releases.
Mannochmore 2009 Cask 1446 was bottled in 2021 as a 12-year-old, yielding 264 bottles at 52.5%. The combination of Mannochmore's clean, grassy, minerally spirit with refill sherry ageing is extremely promising, we reckon this will be a cracking drop at this age.
