This North Star Blended Scotch 26-year-old was bottled from a refill sherry butt and was an edition of just 254 bottles at a natural cask strength of 44.2%. We’ve no idea what whiskies are in this blend, just that they come from a mix of Scottish distilleries with the youngest whisky distilled in April 1999, but this looks like a very promising dram for blended whisky fans and it's unarguably outstanding value for money.
