A classic of the genre, Ron Zacapa Centenario XO is one of the iconic Guatemalan rums, and makes a top class after-dinner digestif. It's also a great accompaniment to a good cigar.

Made from a blend of rums aged between 6 and 25 years old in the company's Solera system of ex-bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, the Zacapa Centenario XO receives an additional finish in ex-Cognac casks before the final assemblage.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Balance of mature toasted oak, burnt caramel, dry roasted nuts, marzipan and orange peel with a delicate fruit deep note at the end.

Palate: Balance of sweetness, fruit, spice and spirit. Long, smooth and sweet with dark cherry, chocolate, date, prune with sweet oak spices of clove, vanilla and cinnamon.

Finish: Lighter notes of dried mango, raspberry and ginger on the finish.
