Here's another distillery that's rarely bottled independently, Royal Lochnagar. This is a good chance to get a taste of the distillate at a mature age without the cloak of heavier sherry that usually accents the official releases. Lochnagar is a big, weighty malt and should be pretty delicious from refill wood.
