The Singleton was a brand name associated for many years with Auchroisk. Supposedly because Auchroisk was deemed too difficult a name for the average punter to pronounce. The bottlings done under that name are often fine drams, with big notes of honey, herbs, vanilla, garden fruits and often a little smoke.
