Produced in the same way as the Nova, this limited edition Tawny is made from the signature double distilled single malt spirit produced with Australian Barley and brewers yeast.

The difference after this is that it is then fully matured in Tawny fortified wine 100L octave barrels.

Nose: Abundant, luscious and rich. Dried orange, fig and toasty oak.
Palate: Sweet with dried fruit and nutmeg.
Finish: Slow and balanced with a lingering dry spice.
