Launched in spring 2023, The Lakes Distillery's Iris is one of the distillery's Whiskymaker's Editions series of limited releases, wherein the Master Blender is given free reign to explore their creativity and showcase a range of diversions from the distillery's standard sherry-driven house style. 

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions Iris is a lighter, more floral dram, with prominent orchard fruit flavours complemented by honeyed notes and is bottled at a sturdy 56% without colouring or chill filtration.

Palate: Ripe orchard fruits, almond flakes and citrus peel.
