At Whisky-Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and undamaged bottles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Package Securely

  Ensure the bottle is in its original packaging and use protective materials to prevent breakage during transit; we cannot refund items damaged due to poor packing.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to us using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seal and condition of the bottle, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
