Highland Park 1967-1991

Highland Park 1967-1991

Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 43%

One of the all time classic HPs! Highland Park 1967 was bottled asĀ a prestigeĀ edition in 1991 - just a year shy of its 25th birthday -Ā and has rarely been bettered in the decades since.

This rare Highland Park 1967 has aĀ beautifully crystalline thread of peatsmoke with plenty of ultra-classic sherry influence, herbs, honey, wild flower notes, green fruits and mineral coastal notes. A wonderfully satisfying and quite complex old Highland Park that develops real depth with time after the bottle has been opened, this is a rare bottlingĀ that not many have tasted and well worth trying. Perilously easy to drink though.
